You confirm that in this eventuality, you will immediately consult a suitable health professional to investigate any symptoms or physiological problems, and will not re-commence using our sessions or other forms of exercise unless that suitably qualified health professional has advised you that you are fit and physically well enough to continue with them.
Nothing in these conditions shall exclude or limit Kirklees Council’s liability for (i) deaths or personal injury caused by negligence (as defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977) (ii) Fraud (iii) Misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter; or (iv) Any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
