Challenges

For health benefits we should be looking to increase the amount of walking we do. For a healthy active adult it is suggested that we aim for 10,000 stpes,  however this maybe to much for some people so by increasing the amount of steps that you do each day this should benefit your health.

A lot of us think we do a lot of walking but how much do we really do? Why not take part in our challenge below? If you have not already got your free pedometer sign up for our FREE e-newsletters and see if you are are a winner.
